These are practical resources that work well for students in VM, VPC, Life Skills and Literacy and Numeracy classes. 

 

Students in courses such as VCE VM, VPC, Transition Education and NSW Life Skills are focused on the transition from school to work or training. They do best with resources that support an active approach to learning, with problem solving and a clear, practical intent behind the activities they complete in class. Many students prefer easy reading resources where they can experience success - and lots of it.

If you're a busy teacher, you might be looking for stand alone units of work that can be completed with less teacher input so you can spend your time supporting individual learning and building relationships. Lots of teachers are time poor, with high workloads and lots of admin requirements. It's OK to buy resources for VCE VM and VPC or your Stage 6 Life Skills Mathematics course - there's no rule that says you have to reinvent an entire curriculum from the ground up using just your lesson planning time. Instead, buy the resources you need to support your students so you can focus on what really matters.
